It's Hatch Chile Fest time at The Fresh Market as we roast these limited-time-only peppers from Hatch, New Mexico. As a special treat we will also make and sell roasted chile quesadillas for $2 each to help raise money for JDRF during the Sidewalk Sale on Saturday only.

Fresh Flavors Chef Cooking Demonstration

You are invited to attend a free chef cooking demonstration on how to prepare Mediterranean Chicken with Olives and Artichokes with Creamy Angel Hair Pasta and Feta on September 11th. Recipes feature Lucini Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cucina Antica Garlic Marinara Sauce, Delallo Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Scarpetta Tuscan Vodka Sauce, Wasa Rosemary Thin & Crispy Flatbread, Le Grand Garden Pesto, and Echeverria Sauvignon Blanc Reserva as the wine selection. Please join us the weekend of September 10, 11 & 12 for The Fresh Market's 16th Annual JDRF Sidewalk Sale - Hope Floats. From 11am to 6pm we will be serving Root Beer Floats for $2.00, Ice Cream Sundaes for $2.00, All-Beef Hot Dogs for $2.00 and Chocolate Chunk Cookies for $1.00.

All proceeds to benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
