Printer Friendly Application Process

Our recommendation is to allow at a minimum 40 minutes to complete the following actions in order to be considered for a position at The Fresh Market:

1. Go to http://thefreshmarket.com/\

2. Click on the Careers Link to begin your job search

3. Search for Openings of Interest (you may narrow your search by Job Field and/or Location of Interest)

4. Click Search for Jobs button

5. Review Current Openings that match your search criteria

6. Click on the Job Title to Review the Job Description and Requirements

7. Click on Apply Online to continue the application process

8. Create a personal user name and password (please note that you must retain this information in order to access the system and you will be required to enter an e-mail address)

9. Create a personal profile to include but not limited to, contact information, skill sets, qualifications, work history, shift preference, references, source, and all other data requested

10. Complete qualifying questions for the position of interest

11. Complete appropriate assessment for the position of interest

12. Review all data entered on the Summary page and submit your application

13. The system will generate an e-mail that confirms our receipt of your application
